The FIDE GP seems to suffer a bit from the chosen KO format, since many of the classical games are uninspired draws. There are always exceptions though, and Topalov-Vachier Lagrave was certainly one of them, between two great fighters. These two Najdorf experts from different generations had a most interesting clash.
