Renewal of the ChessBase account

Dear Customer,

In the customer details of your ChessBase Account you can check whether you have set up an automatic renewal for your player account.

To do so, first of all log on with the user name (= player name) for the ChessBase account:

https://account.chessbase.com/en

This takes you to your personal user profile.  (https://account.chessbase.com/en/me)

There you can see whether it is set up for automatic renewal.

In the following example what has been chosen is “No automatic renewal”:

NB: In your personal user profile you can also extend your membership by serial number.
