ChessBase India show with GM Jacob Aagaard

Jacob Aagard is a Scottish/Danish grandmaster, FIDE Senior Trainer and an award winning author. He was the 2007 British and the 2012 Scottish Champion, and is the co-founder of Quality Chess Publishers. He is the only chess author in the world to have won all four major Book of the Year awards. As a chess trainer his star students include GM Sabino Brunello, GM Surya Shekhar Ganguly, GM Samuel Shankland and to some extent GM Boris Gelfand.

You see a man (Jacob Aagaard) who is usually working with the crème de la crème of the world of chess. Now is your opportunity to get to know him better, with the ChessBase India show that will take place on Playchess on 25th of March at 2.30 p.m. CET (7 p.m. Indian time, 9.30 a.m. Washington time). This will take place before Jacob embarks on his epic tour of five cities in India and six countries in Asia from the 26th of March 2017.

How to see the show live

Firstly you have to download the free native Windows software. You should go to play.chessbase.com and scroll down to the bottom of the screen. Click on the Free Download button.

After you have installed the Playchess client. You must login.

Enter your playchess username and password if you have one. (Note, the ChessBase Account credentials will work). Even if you do not have a Username or Password, you can enter as a guest. But it is better to create an account so that we know your identity when you are asking the question.

On the bottom right hand corner click on the room broadcasts and then click on the tab Games on the top. In the list you will find the third ChessBase India show with GM Jacob Aagaard at 2.30 p.m. CET (9.30 a.m. Washington time, 7 p.m. IST)
