Player's experience about the 2nd ChessBase India online blitz tournament

Sanjeev Nair was the winner of the 2nd ChessBase India online tournament held on 4th of December.

This is what Sanjeev had to say:
"Firstly, I'd like to laud the effort and the concept of having an online blitz tournament. It's a great initiative. Personally, I thought the event was well organised and expect more players in the upcoming tournaments. The games were of good quality and the level of opposition was decent as well. Overall, I'm pretty impressed and can't wait for the next event!"

Hemant Sharma, who has a blitz online rating of nearly 2600+, finished second

Hemant's experience:
"First of all, it was a great experience to play a tournament on playchess where most of the players were Indians.  Because usually in the server tournaments, there are not much Indians to be seen. And to say about the strength, the tournament was a strong one, because sometimes a player who is not so good in classical chess, plays wonderful blitz, like me. Altogether it was a really enjoying time, the tournament took only around 2 hours to finish, which is really good, as compared to a physical venue where in takes about 5-6 hours to conduct a 9-round Blitz."

See you all on 15th of January at 1.30 p.m. server time for the 3rd ChessBase India "Vishy Anand" online blitz event!
